I'm Natasha Daley, Founder and CEO of RNC, a Registered Nurse and qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor with over 10 years of experience across nursing, community care, rehabilitation and leadership.
My passion is helping people recognise their strengths, overcome challenges and achieve meaningful goals in their health, work and everyday lives.
Throughout my career, I have seen the difference that compassionate, individualised care can make. I believe rehabilitation is about more than recovery. It is about restoring confidence, developing independence and empowering people to move forward with purpose.
